Prices:
The prices posted on the website are in EURO including the statutory value added tax due in the country where the invoice is issued and delivery free to the customer's address. In some countries additional taxes may be due.

Payment:
By credit card VISA/MASTER.

Delivery, transport costs, damage in transit:
When delivery logistics permit, goods will be delivered in vehicles operated by our partners in the different countries. In other cases we use external transport companies. Additional transport charges are not made. In the case of payment on delivery through the postal system the relevant fee prescribed by the postal service regulations of the country concerned will be charged. Should in spite of the great care taken in transporting the goods any externally visible damage, crack or similar appear, you are under an obligation to make a note of this on the delivery documents immediately and have the delivery service confirm it by their signature. We cannot make any claim against the delivery service for damage to packaging discovered later. Our guarantee will thus not apply either.

Data protection:
Steelclassic.com complies fully with statutory data protection rules. All of the information supplied by you will be treated confidentially by us. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Right to return if not satisfied:
The goods supplied by Steelclassic.com may be returned within 5 days of the date of delivery without giving any reasons if you are not happy with them. Steelclassic.com customer service department must be notified within this period by e-mail to info@steelclassic.com. Goods will then be collected (in the original packaging only) from you as soon as possible. You will incur no additional transport costs (for Swiss we charge all costs to return the items to our warehouse) . Once the goods have been checked for completeness and possible wear and tear the full purchase price will be refunded to you.

Guarantee:
Steelclassic.com guarantees all its articles for two years from the date of purchase. The original invoice will be required for any return of goods or guarantee claim. Without this original document we cannot give any guarantee. If any defect appears within the above-mentioned period which is due to faults in materials or production, Steelclassic.com will replace the damaged part or the entire piece of furniture free of charge. We do however reserve the right in the case of articles costing $1500 and above to take these back to our workshop to check the grounds for complaint and rectify the defect. This will help us to guarantee the best possible quality in subsequent production. You will then receive your furniture back within four weeks without any additional charge being made (providing that the defect is the fault of the manufacturer and not the result of wear and tear).

Delivery time:
Standard items will generally be dispatched from our workshops within 25 days. If materials or colours are ordered which deviate from our standard collection, goods will be dispatched from the workshops within approx. 5 weeks. We cannot assume any responsibility for delays caused by strikes, catastrophes or the failure of outside service providers.

Reservation of property rights:
Until full payment has been made goods will remain the property of Steelclassic.com.

We provide no guarantee against production hold-ups or stoppages. All information without guarantee; no guarantee against errors, misprints or changes to prices or products.
Should one or more of our terms of supply and payment be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
